The mobile app (Android) supports offline viewing of recent data. However, billing, payments, and notifications require an internet connection to sync with the server.
The SOS feature allows residents to trigger emergency alerts for medical, fire, security, lift, or violence emergencies. All complex administrators and security staff are instantly notified with the resident's unit and name.
